Originally planned as a home to support Veterans, the project was abandoned by the former owner after the loss of his son. We saw his vision and finished the home into a vacation destination for others to enjoy. The new owners (who purchased it from us) immediately placed it on the vacation rental market.

The most unique feature of the home was a third-story "Crows Nest" room that offered stunning views and a built-in bench for relaxing. The kitchen and bathrooms were finished with modern touches, and the basement was converted into additional living space for a game room and/or extra sleeping quarters.
With 5 bedrooms, an office, 2 bathrooms, and both first and second floor laundry, this house is set up to accommodate large groups and allows plenty of storage for the owner. Functionality for profitability was the key to this project.
